Murray Coleman Group Head of Project Management, Design and Construction
Murray was appointed Group Head of Project Management, Design and Construction in April 2010, and is based in Sydney.

Murray joined Lend Lease in 1987 and has held a number of senior executive positions within the Group in Australia and the UK.


Prior to his current role Murray was the Global Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Lend Lease. Prior to this he was Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Lend Lease UK where he was responsible for the UK project management and construction business from mid 2006. This followed on from his Sydney based role as Chief Executive Officer Bovis Lend Lease Asia Pacific.


Murray holds a Bachelor of Building (1st Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne, and was a Commissioner of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) in 2008. Murray is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building and in 2009 was appointed a Professorial Fellow at the University of Melbourne in the faculty of Architecture, Building & Planning.


He has recently been appointed to the International Panel of Experts on Construction Productivity and Prefabrication Technology for the Building Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore, and as a Foundation Industry Fellow of the AIB College of Building in Australia.

Dale Connor Managing Director Americas, Project Management & Construction
Dale was appointed Managing Director, Project Management & Construction for the Americas in June 2010, and is currently based in Nashville.


Dale joined Lend Lease’s Australian operations in 1988 as a graduate, and has held a number of executive and operational roles for Lend Lease in Australia, China and the US.


Prior to his current role, Dale was Managing Director of Actus Lend Lease, a role he held for 2 years. Other roles included Executive Vice President of Lend Lease Investment Management Americas and Executive Vice President of Design and Construction for Actus Lend Lease, where Dale oversaw all design build contracts for the company.


Dale has wide-spread experience in privatization, and design and construction project management, having worked extensively across the construction industry.


Dale holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia and is a member of the Association of Defense Communities and the Urban Land Institute.
Tony Costantino Managing Director Australia, Bovis Lend Lease Australia
Tony was appointed Managing Director Australia, Bovis Lend Lease in September 2008, and is based in Sydney. Tony is also a Director of Bovis Lend Lease Australia.


He joined Lend Lease in 1985, and has worked on some of Australia's most recognised developments in a variety of executive roles, initially in construction management and project management. In recent years Tony has held a number of senior executive positions.


As Managing Director, Tony has been instrumental in successfully diversifying the Australian business, setting up a national healthcare business and developing the company’s presence in the water and infrastructure sectors, as well as consolidating its market-leading position in the commercial and retail sectors.


In 1999, Tony was appointed General Manager of the Commercial Business Unit of Bovis Lend Lease Australia. In this role, Tony established a business that leads Australia in the creation of innovative and sustainable commercial building designs and workplaces, including Deutsche Bank Place, the Renzo Piano-designed Aurora Place and 30 The Bond.


Tony holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.
Tim Petch Managing Director Asia, Bovis Lend Lease
Tim was appointed Managing Director Asia, Bovis Lend Lease in April 2010, and is based in Singapore.


Tim joined Lend Lease in 1987 in Australia and has subsequently worked in Singapore, China, Malaysia, UK, Ireland and the US. He left Lend Lease in 1995 to return to Europe and worked for Johnson & Johnson in Ireland managing the construction of a large manufacturing facility. Tim rejoined Lend Lease in Ireland in 2000 and held a number of senior project and operational roles. He returned to Asia in 2007 to head up the Asia Pharmaceutical business.


Tim has over 27 years experience in the construction industry working in the pharmaceutical, retail, industrial and commercial sectors and has spent over 10 years in Asia.


Prior to his current role Tim was Operations Director Asia, Bovis Lend Lease and General Manager Bovis Lend Lease Pharmaceutical Asia.


Tim holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester and a Diploma in Construction Technology from DIT Dublin. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
Nick Pollard Acting Managing Director United Kingdom, Bovis Lend Lease
Nick was appointed Chief Executive of Bovis Lend Lease in the UK in October 2008, and from July 2010 has agreed to act as Managing Director responsible for the successful integration of BLL UK into LL Europe. Nick is based on London.


Nick joined Bovis Lend Lease in October 2007 as Chief Operating Officer, and has extensive experience in the construction, transport and utilities sectors abroad and in the UK.


Nick joined Bovis Lend Lease from Skanska UK plc where he was Executive Vice President, and an Executive Director of the Skanska (Sweden) board. Prior to this he served as Zone Director for Railtrack plc, responsible for the London North Eastern network, before leading a £25bn national programme of railway enhancements as Network Development Director. He was later retained as part of the HQ directorate leading efficiency improvements in engineering for the then newly formed Network Rail.


Nick is an Independent Professional Advisor to Transport for London, and a member of the London First Infrastructure Commission. He also chairs the Ministry of Justice Employers’ Reference Group dedicated to reducing the frequency of re-offence crimes through sustainable employment, and is a Board member of BeOnsite, a not-for-profit company creating sustainable employment for the disadvantaged.


Nick has a 1st Class B.Sc.(Hons) Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, and is a Chartered Engineer. Nick is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), and a Member of the Institute of Railway Operators (MIRO).

Mark Fletcher Managing Director Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa, Bovis Lend Lease
Mark was appointed Managing Director Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa, Bovis Lend Lease in June 2006, and is based in Dubai.


Mark joined Bovis Lend Lease in Russia in 1994 and has subsequently been involved in operational roles in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Turkey before moving to Dubai in 2003 as Regional Director to establish a Middle East business unit. Mark has over 20 years’ experience in international construction and project management.


In September 2008 Mark’s responsibilities expanded to include Bovis Lend Lease’s project management and construction operations in Latin American & the Caribbean.


Prior to joining Bovis Lend Lease Mark worked for General Electric Company and Balfour Beatty across a wide range of building, transport and infrastructure projects in Sri Lanka, Bahamas, Egypt, the Caribbean and South America.


Mark is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

John E Spanswick, CBE FCIOB, Chairman, Bovis Lend Lease
John was appointed Chairman of Bovis Lend Lease in July 2005 and is based in London.


John joined Bovis straight from school and has worked on many of the projects that shaped the Company's reputation for quality, value and innovation. He was appointed to the Board of Bovis Construction in 1980 and helped to grow the Company's business in the 1990s, in the lead up to Lend Lease’s acquisition of Bovis. Prior to becoming Chairman, John was Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Lend Lease in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.


John is past Chairman of the Major Contractors Group, and the Strategic Forum Health and Safety Group. He is a Non Executive Director on the Board of the Health and Safety Executive, and is Councillor on the London Region of the CBI. In June 2006 he was made a CBE in the Queen's birthday honours in recognition of his services to health and safety and the construction industry.
