Compensation
Our Personal Performance Management (PPM) program allows for pay based on actual contribution and helps our employees plan for the next step in their career. Together with a manager, clear goals and measurements for expectations are agreed upon, feedback and assessment follows at designated intervals, and an eventual evaluation and creation of a development plan completes the process. Ultimately, this program better integrates performance with the larger objectives of the organization.
