Undergraduate Construction and Engineering Programme

The Bovis Lend Lease undergraduate engineering programme offers students in their final years of university the opportunity to gain first-hand industry experience in our Australian business.

The program runs for 12 weeks from early December to the end of February. Participating undergraduates will be remunerated for the work that they undertake, as well as receiving the necessary industrial training for Construction Management and Engineering degrees.

What to expect:

You will work as an undergraduate site engineer on one of our projects. The role includes exposure to subcontractor management, programming, construction techniques and the day to day running of large scale construction site. You will also have the opportunity to visit various projects, network with fellow undergraduates and learn from experienced mentors, while gaining valuable on-site experience from one of the world’s leading design, project management and construction companies.

Undergraduates may also be offered accelerated progression to the graduate programme.

What we are looking for:
Students currently in their 3rd year of a relevant engineering or construction management degree, or 4th year students undertaking a 5-year double degree
Academic results of at least a credit average
Australian citizenship or Australian permanent residency

In addition, we are looking for applicants with:
