The Bovis Lend Lease Graduate Development Programme gives you a unique opportunity to be part of one of the world’s leading project management and construction companies. We have vacancies for graduates with construction related degrees across the UK. If you are self motivated, an achiever of targets and a deliverer of results and looking to add value to an organisation whilst receiving first class development, then Bovis Lend Lease’s Graduate Programme could be for you.
Our Graduate Development Programme
Our rotational graduate programme will give you the opportunity over two years to gain a broad understanding of our entire business through working in different disciplines, roles, functions, departments, regions or business units so that you can see how the component parts fit together and to help you decide what to specialise in after you have completed the Graduate Scheme. During your rotations you can expect to be given real responsibility, but also given the time you need to learn.
As the programme is rotationally based (opportunities in the UK and abroad), we do ask that all of our graduate trainees are flexible over their location for the first two years.
Away from your project, there is our annual Graduate Development Programme, a host of technical and personal development courses, a specialist mentor, an advisor to help you achieve professional chartered status, and the dedicated Graduate Team who will be monitoring your progress continuously during your first two years. All of our programmes and support systems are designed to ensure our graduates attain the skills necessary to progress through our organisation as quickly as possible.
On top all of this, we’ll start you on a competitive salary and review it every six months to reflect your contribution to our organisation.
