We work collaboratively with our clients to design each project in response to the client’s brief and then deliver the construction of the project. In doing so, we manage the project in one cohesive process, providing a single point of accountability.
We take responsibility for all aspects of project delivery including design management, authority approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over.

Our design and construct service allows Bovis Lend Lease to provide a range of alternative pricing options such as fixed lump-sum pricing (often known as a guaranteed maximum price or GMP) covering both the design and construction of the project. This gives our clients certainty in budgeting and further reduces risk.

| Designing sustainable outcomes
We have access to expertise in ecologically sustainable design (ESD), including that available through our in-house team in Lend Lease design. Integrating the design and construction stages maximises the opportunity to incorporate their high level of technical knowledge and experience into the project.
