 MultiSite Delivery & Roll out
Our MultiSites model of programme management enables smaller-scale projects to be delivered efficiently in a multitude of locations. The MultiSites team provide central coordination of the programme, strong procurement methods and excellent economies of scale to keep clients’ costs down and enable the acceleration of the capital programme.
The programme management model used by our MultiSites team is designed to be flexible enough to meet the needs of clients from all sectors.
Through the diverse range of projects that we have already delivered, we have built considerable expertise in this style of programme management, and can develop a solution tailored to the individual requirements of each client.
Our projects may involve upgrade works or the roll-out of new sites across a range of sectors, for example, we have delivered a series of 330 schools for the Queensland government in just three years, and rolled-out a succession of retail banking fit-outs for some of Australia’s largest banks.
The adaptability of the model means that programmes can be implemented rapidly and teams mobilised to respond immediately, as in preparations for major events or rebuilding operations following a natural disaster.
