Many clients ask us to project manage the entire project on their behalf. We lead all design, procurement and construction activities, managing suppliers and consultants to provide single source accountability, ensuring that all project activities are delivered with maximum efficiencies in cost, time, quality, environment, health and safety.

Specialist in-house technology
Our project management experience has led to the development of specialist management tools and project systems that are unique to Bovis Lend Lease.
One of our most well-known project management projects was the creation of Aurora Place, the iconic Sydney building designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano. Throughout the design phase, the Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Genoa needed to be in constant contact with the Bovis Lend Lease team in Sydney.
To facilitate the transfer of complex drawings and plans between all parties, Bovis Lend Lease developed Project Web. This online tool allowed the teams to collaborate effectively and ensured that all team members, including clients, partners, subcontractors and the Bovis Lend Lease team had instant access to the latest plans.
Project Web is now used on all Bovis Lend Lease projects to facilitate seamless liaison between all parties to ensure that the management of each project is completely integrated for maximum efficiency.
