Bovis Lend Lease Consulting Programme Managers provide strong leadership and management to large scale programmes of strategic change, whilst maintaining the fundamentals of risk, project, cost and planning influences.

Bovis Lend Lease Consulting was appointed to project manage the first national ‘fast track’ roll-out project carried out by the public sector. The Jobcentre Plus programme delivered a network of over 800 offices and was completed for £314 million less than the original budget.
McDonalds Drive Thru Restaurants, UK wide
Bovis Lend Lease Consulting are working with McDonalds Restaurants (UK) Ltd to develop design concepts created by their European Design Studio as part of an international re-branding exercise. Selected for their ability to deliver innovative design solutions, the team will also focus on reducing build costs.
